We want you to love your new locker as much as we do, but if it's not quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unassembled packaging. Please note that once a locker has been built, it is no longer eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Check Your Condition

  Ensure your item is brand new, unassembled, and still in its original flat-pack packaging to qualify for a full refund.

  Contact Our Team

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique return authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and drop them off at your nearest designated courier point using the provided shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
